IN NO EVENT WILL TANGERINE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS APP/ WEB OR ANY LINKED SITE OR USE THEREOF OR INABILITY TO USE BY ANY PARTY, OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS OR LINE OR SYSTEM FAILURE, EVEN IF TANGERINE, OR REPRESENTATIVES THEREOF, ARE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES.

SUBMISSIONS
All information submitted to TANGERINE via this APP shall be deemed and remain the property of TANGERINE and TANGERINE shall be free to use, for any purpose, any idea, concepts, know-how or techniques.

Personal information
Personal information is information which identifies you as an individual, whether directly or indirectly through the combination with other information held by Tangerine.
In order for you to download and use the Application, Tangerine requires you to provide personal information such as your Phone number. In addition, information about age, gender, profile picture are captured based on users consent.

Non-personal information
TANGERINE also collects non-personal information that does not directly or in combination with other information identifies you as an individual.
The non-personal information collected by Tangerine may be your type of device, type of OS, information on your use of the Application, accelerometer data, GPS and gyroscope data. Further, depending on your device make and type and your permissions, Tangerine may also collect the following non-personal data supplied by the device’s OS such as activity information.

Data Protection and Privacy
Tangerine has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to implement data-protection principles in an effective manner and integrated the necessary safeguards into the processing in order to protect information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of or access to personal information, and against all other unlawful forms of processing.
Tangerine may disclose your personal and non-personal information to third party recipients such as service providers and partners

Intellectual Property
Tangerine retains all Intellectual Property Rights vested in Tangerine Platform and Products. The Client shall not at any time acquire any rights, title or interest in these Intellectual Property Rights by virtue of any use that the Client may make thereof pursuant to the Contract.

Disputes and Governing Law
Each dispute arising under the Contract shall, in first instance, be settled by the competent Court of Singapore which will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any such disputes.

Terms of use modification
Tangerine reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to update this Policy without any prior notice
